HSA started off on November 17th 1997.

In January 2009 we updated our image and changed our designation to HSA Engenharia, Lda. (HSA Engineering, Ltd).

We are quite likely the most experient company on SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT ENGINEERING operating within the national market, providing services in SAFETY AND HEALTH COORDINATION during both Project and Construction stages and thus being a much preferred reference in such domains.

In the 'old year' of 1998, HSA reached it's first high prestige goal with the Safety Coordination during the Construction Phase of Vasco da Gama Shopping Centre, when in Portugal such issues were only starting to arise.

Throughout our years of activity, we have been involved in SAFETY COORDINATION projects with more than 500 works, many of them undeniable landmarks of development and progress in Portugal from the last decade.

HSA's contribution, however, did not nor does it not relate only to Safety in Construction.

We also provide services within the area of HEALTH AND SAFETY IN THE WORKPLACE, ENVIRONMENT AND TRAINING.

HSA provides services throughout all national territory, with its Headquarters in Barcarena/Oeiras. We also provide services in Brazil, Angola and Mozambique.

HSA is authorised to render services for Occupational Safety at Work in trade, services and industrial sectors (Authorisation nº 219.03.1.10.03).

The company has implemented a Quality Management System, certified by Lloyd´s Register Quality Assurance, under the NP EN ISO 9001:2008 Norm.
